Last week I took a stop in the Buckhead Shops… In previous posts I’ve shared recaps from the Bella Bag, Tod’s and Hermes openings there, and since those, I’ve had time to explore more of the complex. Probably the best new retail concept the city has seen in a while, featuring some of the top luxury dining and fashion boutiques in Atlanta.

My first stop was Corso Coffee, a favorite place of mine to meet with clients or stop to catch up on work and grab food and drinks (try the waffles!).

Next stop was Gypsy Kitchen to meet with the Guestlist Team and support behind the scenes for their interview with Chris Hadermann. It was a pleasure meeting him and discussing his vision behind building some of the city of Atlanta’s most successful restaurant brands, starting with Tin Lizzy’s, and now with Gypsy Kitchen and The Southern Gentleman in the Buckhead Shops.

After that, I stopped by to see my friends, Kim and Eva at the Hermes store to sample some of their new summer fragrance collection. I’m always amazed at the combination and variety of scents they have. Kim told me that mixing of the fragrances is encouraged and shared some of her recommendations. I’ve been lucky enough to be gifted the Un Jardin Sur le Toit lotion and cologne, so for a change of pace she showed me the Le Jardin De Monsieur Li which has a Chinese Garden inspired scent.

I guess I’d say my stop in the shops were productive and kinda fun all in one. It’s always good stop.
