At this Sunday Brunch we toasted with Tanqueray Ten, a new premium Gin by Tanqueray. Distilled with citrus for a bold, refreshing finish for the summer, it blended perfectly with some of the hand-crafted cocktails made with fresh-pressed juices – which included my favorite: The Watermelon Cooler… 1 part Tanqueray, 1 part watermelon puree over ice, garnished with fresh lime.

And you can’t just drink on an empty stomach, so I had to smash these Steak & Eggs (only for balance).

Kept it collarless this day in grey, and rolled up the sleeves to stay cool. I cut the shorts a few hours before. I hate when people call them “jorts”, but I guess they’re denim shorts so there’s no escaping the corny nickname. This has become sort of a trend for me with the older denim in my closet, especially the ones that don’t have the right cut or start to feel outdated. It provides a fresh new look. Try it… make the cut.

In the summer, simplicity and staying cool is always key for me.

This was the second event Mills Branding produced in conjunction with Tanqueray and our friends at Diageo. Our last one was a Trunk Show with Team Epiphany. See the recap here.
